2013-Application/Registration Process Is Now Available

The online Dr Pepper Dallas Cup XXXIV (March 24-31, 2013) application/registration IS NOW available. You will find the link in the “Quick Links” section to the right.

Teams from the Dallas Metro Area are not required to complete the online application until instructed to do so. 2013 Dallas Metro Area team Qualification Information is in the “Quick Links” section.

The application closing dates for the 2013 tournament will be earlier than in recent years as it is planned that the selection process of the full field of 180 teams in the seven age groups will be complete by late December rather than late January/early February as it has been in past years. This will allow more time for all invited teams to complete their travel and hotel arrangements and complete all of the required paper work and in the case of many international teams to begin the visa procurement procedure.

Applications will not be accepted from USA teams (outside the North Texas area) after Friday, November 9, 2012.

Application will not be accepted from International teams after Friday, November 30, 2012.

For the first time in the history of the Dallas Cup there will be an opportunity for teams to pre-qualify for the 2013 tournament in the U13-U14-U15 and U16 age groups only, not U17, U19 or the Super Group U19. Two tournaments here in the Dallas area have been selected to provide this opportunity. They are:

2012 Dallas Texans Fall Festival Tournament – November 16-18, 2012

2012 Bobby Rhine Invitational Tournament – November 23-25, 2012

Dr Pepper Dallas Cup is delighted to be involved with two such excellent youth soccer tournaments and to be able to offer automatic entry into Dr Pepper Dallas Cup XXXVI, 24-31 March to the winners of the boys group ages U13, U14, U15, U16.

Automatic entry will also be granted to any “out of town team” (a team outside the North Texas State Soccer Association boundaries) that is a losing finalist in any of the above age groups.

Note: As these tournament dates fall after the deadline for USA teams (outside the North Texas area), qualifying teams will be allowed to complete the online application/registration once the teams are determined.
