The on-line application/registration process is now ready to receive team information.
Applications from USA teams will not be accepted after November 21, 2008
Applications from International teams will not be accepted after December 15, 2008.
All teams are encouraged to submit their on-line application/registration as soon as possible to receive full consideration for an invitation.
