Randy is the Tournament Manger and his main responsibility is for all competition at the Dallas Cup by working very closely with the teams and referees to be sure that the highest level of competition and officiating remains two of the key ingredients of success for the tournament each year. Contact, evaluation and selection of teams and referees is a year round effort and in many cases plans are being made for tournaments that are 2 and 3 years in the future. Randy has been in this full time position since 1995 and his total involvement with the Dallas Cup dates to Dallas Cup IX (1989) starting as a volunteer. With world wide contacts in both the club and referee areas he has access to a wealth of “instant” information that allows the Dallas Cup to maintain it’s status in the youth soccer community.

With a background in advertising and marketing, Bucki has worked for large advertising agencies and in-house corporations locally, nationally and internationally. Her responsibilities at Dallas Cup and Dallas Is Diversity include obtaining partnerships from local corporations, yearly marketing plans and activities, media relations, press releases for activities/announcements throughout the year, local and national press conference planning, graphics for all print materials (i.e.- DID calendar, Dallas Cup Tournament Program, Ads, Tickets, Flyers, Logos,Tournament/Event Signage, etc.) and liasion for both organizations and corporate partnerships.

Mary is responsible for the
Dallas is Diversity Program, an ongoing program that works with children in several different areas. In the realm of art we do two projects each year. Our major art program involves children from the Dallas, Frisco, Garland, Plano and
Richardson school districts ages fourth grade through seniors in high school. The students are invited to give us their artistic ideas on soccer as an international sport and how the Dallas Cup brings kids together from around the world to play this sport irrespective of race, religion or socio-economic factors. During the tournament Mary coordinates the HomeStay Program for international teams staying with local Dallas teams, assists with sponsorship fulfillment and tickets, oversees the various receptions throughout the week and the college coaches registration.
