Invited teams only, click on "please log in" below and then enter the email address for the primary team contact, your PIN number and Team Code number.  PIN and Code numbers will not work until the team has been notified of acceptance.

Once you have logged in successfully you will see two links.  One for roster entry and one for "Invitation Instructions".  Read the Invitation Instructions FIRST and print the instructions for future use.
